WELL-BEING OUTREACH WORKER
- Part-time position
- 28 Hours (4 days) per week
- 29,400 p/a
Southall Community Alliance (SCA) is a charity working in Southall that is seeking to
recruit an enthusiastic and experienced part-time Wellbeing Outreach Worker as part
of a 3 year project to improve the mental well-being of children and young people in
Southall.
We will be working with the Dormers Wells Learning Trust at the ‘Caretaker’s
Cottage’, a former residence on the grounds of Dormers Wells Primary School that
will host a team of trained professionals providing a wraparound, evidence based
service to support early mental health and well-being interventions to assist young
people and families in our community.
SCA will offer services at the Caretakers Cottage that respond to the issues
experienced by families and act as a hub, offering non-clinical health and well-being
support and activities for children aged 5-12.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills, community
engagement experience and an understanding of how socio-economic issues can
affect mental wellbeing.

Southall Community Alliance is a charity working in Southall that is looking to recruit an experienced, full-time Office Manager to deal with administrative and finance
matters.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working in Southall with its diverse communities and can act as the first point of contact for SCA. Their duties include managing the office budget, dealing with staff issues and establishing and maintaining policies and procedures.
